Blend of 4 different creatine forms.  

Most People have Heard of Creatine Monohydrate.  This is the most popular form of Creatine but also one of the least effective forms of creatine.  Creatine Monohydrate is inexpensive, does not affect pH much, and does not taste like anything, but it is also almost completely insoluble in water leading to minimal bioavailability and causing bloating and gi discomfort in large quantities.  In the Focus Pharmacology blend, we combine Creatine HCL (most soluble form), MagnaPower Creatine (Magnesium Creatine Chelate), Creatine Malate, as well as some Creatine Monohydrate for a blend that offers better bioabilibility with fewer side effects.
